        Using the cord machines was the best for me. You can hut every area of your core with that which is hArd to do with any other exercise.

        Also grabbing the heaviest medicine ball in fhe gym and slamming it on the ground over and over is great for core. Can also use fhe sledge hammer and tire for similar effect.

          i was hoping for home remedies involving little to no equipment,i do not attend a gym.

          i do have an ab roller and one of those big exercise balls (not medicine ball) but those inflatable ones. i also have a iron gym pull up bar.

            You can hang off the bar and do leg lifts and knee raises.

            Just make sure to keep your body as stable as possible, you dont want to cheat by using momentum.

            Planks are very good too.

            Leg workouts can also hit core, such as lunges.

                  Do Manny Pacquiaos ab Routine.

                  It is really effective for a boxer, long endurance type of ab workout - IMO best for a boxer
