Whats the most effective style for me?

    From what you posted I would say try to fight how your body AND weight is set up. For 225 pounds is in the heavy weight division and a lot of people vary in size so you might have to change things around. So don't think about brawling, fight smart set up your rights with some jabs if you're the taller guy. If you're the smaller guy close the distance hit that body and then head. Get some spars in at the gym and it'll start coming naturally

              My endurance is questionable, im very athletic as in a fast sprint time but not sure how good my endurance is, dont think its bad but diont think its a strong point either

                I would have to say, the best style for you is to move out of mum's flat, get off the dole, and get in shape.

                      Your switching hitting skills are obvious. But(butt) you prefer your more natural rear naked choke hold position, where you get tapped deep, but have never tapped out.

                      Your never surrender fighting spirit is commendable little Timmy!
