  • gym wrist wraps for boxing

Hello, I have some wrist straps for the gym, I was wondering if i could use them when boxing, I have really weak wrists, I do wrap my hands with hand wraps, I was thinking this could be a extra support, I can save some wraps for my knuckles without having to wrap to much on the wrist.

      Those straps are not needed.

First thing is always wrap properly

In boxing we don't look for the contraption or device to make it easier, we work for itl

Do 25 push ups a night, on your fists with the body standing perpendicular to your knuckles. When 25 gets too easy hit 30-35, and so on.

Your wrist problem will be gone in a couple of months or so.

Get extra long wraps or use two sets of wraps per hand and go over the wrists plenty. I have giant hands and really skinny wrists so that's what I do and I haven't had wrist issues in a long time.

Yellow everlast Mexican style wrap is the only wrap that should ever be used.
