I trained today on my heavybag which i installed 4 weeks ago.
I trained 3-5 times each week and today my hook just fell of and I read that heavy bag holders can spread the weight much bettet than a standard hook.
Can you recommend me a good a heavy bag holder max 25$/€?
Bag is 40kg - 90lbs
My ceiling is soft concrete ( not the best requirement but I heard a good holder can do the job)
