As for steroids I have no way of knowing whether or not Golovkin uses them.
    But Golovking doesn't use IV's.

Back on topic, I can't find the video/image of Floyd doing shoulder press with heavy weight, but I remember it was in the preparation for the Berto fight, or maybe Pacquiao. It was last year. If I find it I'll post it...

If you have proof post it. Otherwise don't bring those garbage arguments and trolling into this section of the forum.

      This isn't NSB.

First, I'm not trolling, and I'm not a liar.

Second, I found the picture. It seemed to be a shoulder press machine but now I see it's a pullups/dips machine.

Those muscles don't come for free. They need to lift weights to gain those muscles. Punching the bag won't make them.

They all lift weights... who doesn't lift weights? maybe some flyweights... most boxers nowadays lift weights very hard.

So pull ups and dips, just like I said?

Lifting weights isn't the only way to get muscular.

Anyway, I've seen pics/videos of Floyd doing shoulder press exercises with two people helping him, with really heavy weight. So I think you're just ignoring that part of their training.

            EDIT:

Mayweather after two months in jail:

Do you believe he didn't weight lift in jail? I'm sure he couldn't box in jail... but they have weights to lift.
Idk ive seen guys using barbells in prison in US documentaries but from what people who have been locked up in aus tell me, theres no weights because they could be used as weapons?

They only had like dip/chin up bars, bags of sand/water etc

But when you lift your own body you are lifting weights... usually your body is heavy thing to lift.

Here I found a picture of Danny doing some shoulder press. I believe they all do it. I've seen pics of Matthysse doing some weight lifting too.

You can gain plenty of muscle and a good physique off of calisthenics alone. I think the reason some people are so against weights is because when you think of lifting weight the first thing that comes to mind is a big bulky restricted bodybuilder doing bicep curls.

What Golovkin does can better be described as conditioning that just happens to incorporate resistance in the form of weights. I noticed Golovkin does natural movements/boxing movements just with weight resistance.

I did notice that he was targeting tricep and shoulder muscular endurance a lot. Probably perfect for punching.

I think the video was just a warm up. I noticed at the gym near me everybody warms up together like in the video (not the same exercises) then everyone goes off on their own.
