I'm one of the biggest DIYers you're likely to ever meet (I fix everything myself, grow my own vegetables, make my own furniture, etc) but there is no substitute for a personal boxing coach. Guys on the internet can't work the mitts with you and tell you where you're leaving openings, where your balance is off, etc. You NEED someone to evaluate you in person and tell you what you need to work on. If you don't, I guarantee you these words will haunt you when you get clowned in a match.
