Shipping would be insane since a full-sized aqua bag is around 200lbs, filled. I think it must be a self-fill thing but I'm just guessing there.

I'd think...then again a 200 lb heavy-bag's are shipped. Mostly I'm wondering about the seal on it...and if they ever leak.

Looking at this thing it seems like it spins a lot when you hit it with hooks. I wonder if there is a way to hang it to prevent that?
