  • Anyone else looking into the Hykso boxing wearable/punch tracker?

I have no association, I'm just on the fence about pre-ordering so I wanted to see if anyone here is jumping on this; https://www.hykso.com/
It's a sensor that goes under your wraps and reads punch speed, type, velocity, combination speed, etc and sends it to an app. The pisser is that it's a pre-order for June release so you can't find any reviews (though there are a few vids and articles out there). I checked into the company and they seem to have really solid backing, really solid, so I'm not too worried about it being a scam. But, I hate buying 1st gen anything.

Would love to hear some thoughts from anyone else who has looked into this. I would only get it to add more fun/interest to my workouts and motivate me to push harder. I like the idea that it's keeping track of what kinds of punches I'm throwing per-round and how fast they're going in each round. I don't mind spending money on things that keep me motivated.
