    I love Floyd Sr and Roger's pad work. They make sure you integrate both defense and offense seamlessly.

        That's actually one of my favorite videos. Virgil is a boxing philosopher. Glad you made this video because I almost verbatim instruct my fighters/clients with the same neuromuscular concept Virgil touches on.

        I've been trained under and actively use that style of mittwork. It really has done wonders as far as my ability to react and efficiently string punches together.

            Just wanted to say thank you for this post, I implemented that shoulder tap yesterday with my boys mitt work, itll take a lil while for us to get used to but I can totally see the benefit first hand. I think some more reflex drills will help out on the side... Anyways thanks again!
