  • What will happen to me if I stick with 800 caleries a day? (208lb guy)

I am finding cutting calories rather easy.

Will going this low have any serious negative effects or will it just help me loose fat even faster?

    God researching this SUCKS!

All I wanna know is will it (eating 800cal per day)make me loose fat faster than eating 1500 calories a day. Yes or no and whY?

Im think yes of course it does but because there are a few risks (low risks) associated with it, no one is willing to say yes it fcuking works

      Eventually you'll probably die.

1500 is plenty low enough for a male, any lower and you are probably just losing functional mass.

      1500 with some moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week > 800.

Unless you are diabetic, there's evidence a super low cal diet can shock the pancreas into producing more insulin.

        Thanks bro

Are you sure I wont just loose muscle mass anyway albeit more slowly with 1500?

So I may as well loose both fast?

Or does muscle come off at a bigger percentage-ratio if the calories are more drastically cut?

IMO thats far to low, I would gradually reduce calories, I loose around 2 lb a week, IMO steady weight loss is more healthy, sudden weight loss, or to much at once is not healthy and will cause eating disorders
