Try Shirataki noodles. They are 0 everything, made to look and taste like real noodles. They are made out of mushrooms....most grocery stores sell them probably in the vegan isles.

        * 2 tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) in glass of water mixed with a teaspoon of honey.
        * 2 additional glasses of water + 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
        * No caffeinated drinks during this or it'll flush all the water out within minutes.

= < 40 calories, gives you energy and keeps you full for a while.

Stop starving yourself, first off. Use something like MyFitnessPal to ensure you're dropping weight healthily. If you're way under needed calories, your body will go into starvation mode where it would try to retain fat rather than burn it, slowing down your dieting progress.

Low calorie items that will fill you up/stave hunger:

            Seaweed
            Carrots + Hummus
            Chicken Broth + Broccoli
            Most soup items
            Gum
