  • How long till I notice the fat start to go?

    Im 200lbs (already lost about a stone) about 20 percent body fat, so a small beer belly, 30 mm of fat with the pinchers

    Im eating 1600 calories a day. (its been 4 days of hitting that target)

    I also workout with weights a bit.

    1) How long till I notice changes

    2) how long till I have a six pack?

    Quit spamming threads on boxing scene and go exercise you chubby ****.
    If you put half as much dedication to that as you do these questions you wouldn't be in your situation.

          I can throw it well in the style of both RJJ and more recently Joe Fraizier which requires more lift
