You just have to want to rips more than the candy bar.

I suggest that whenever you start thinking about sweet foods that you just punch yourself in the face while popping up some plain popcorn to curb your hunger.

    It worked for me

As well, if you slug yourself good you could be lucky enough to get gashes inside of your lips. These cuts will detour you from sweet things all the same as the sugar burns when coming in to contact with your cuts.

On top of that the cut could bleed thus filling your stomach with blood and ruining any appetite that you might have had.

    You're welcome and good luck............

Although you shouldnt over indulge in candy, its not as bad as what people say. Sugar burns very fast in the body, its the complex carbs that you have to look out for like chips, french fries, etc. But anyways, Bananas are known to take away sweet cravings. Also a snicker bar isnt all that bad for you even on a daily basis but I would only recommend one pre-workout, a snicker bar is like 260 calories, you should burn that off with ease 20mins into a workout and itll leave you SATISFIED as the commercial says

you make a very good point ie make it high satiety, I guess mixing nuts in with sweet food can help do that

also it can be high calorie if it is high satiety so theres some leniency there

          cheers bro

hmm gonna try skimmed milk, banana, strawberry, vanilla, hazelnuts and minimal nutella ice cream

Personally, I only imbibe designated sweets through juice..have you tried superfruit juice w/ acai by Bolton Farms? Delicious. And when my wife decides to bake. Can't go insulting the wife by not partaking of her wares now can I.... she only bakes about once a week.

Just incorporate it in your diet. The goal is to burn more calories than you consume.
The chocolate isn't stopping you, your randomness is. You have to be a bit systematic about it. Plan what you eat and stick to it. You will want to make the diet plan as enjoyable as possible, so I would incorporate the things you like. Do not make your own ice cream though. It makes things harder to track and you will eat a lot more calories than you suspect. I'm fairly certain that your idea with nuts and vanilla etc. has quite the amount of calories... (~300-400)

I like a lot of unhealthy ****, but I'm not ****** about it. I just put it into my regular diet. My diet therefore isn't necessarily healthy, but it is very enjoyable even though I'm meeting my macro's and am in a deficit. Therefore I lose fat, and you don't.

disagree i think its better to be dynamic, because when you get hungry for chocolate isnt very predictable, wat i shd do is dynamically increase my exercise if i eat more chocolate, rather than being so fixed about my workout plan

Chocolate is quite calorie dense. 1 chocolate bar (100 grams) is around 500 calories. Ice cream is also quite calorie dense. Vanilla ice cream is around 200 calories per 100 grams. If you just guess around with these foods and eat them as you please, it will be quite easy to create an enormous calorie surplus which is impossible to shrink through exercise. Even your own tactic therefore requires some measure of control and some idea of what you are putting into your body.

very wise words, thankyou, I agree, im testing my banana ice cream tonight, i will only sprinkle chocolate on it

thats the big catch for me calerie dense food, so easy to mess up your day with a few moments of weak willpower

i will find a tasty low calorie high saety healthy ice cream!

I wonder if skimmed milk and honey would make a good ice cream? maybe chopped nuts n choc chips in there? (minimal honey and choc)
