    Pecs are a weird shape

    They are thick on outside near armpit, and thats it, so they have an irregular shape about them is that normal?

    Do i just need to work them more? will they fill out better? do all pecs look wird b4 they are finished?

    I only do db press bench press and 1 arm press ups

    You need to very your pec weight exercises.

    Day 1 Decline Bench
    Day 2 Flat bench
    Day 3 Incline Bench
    Day 4 Butterflies
    Day 5 Various push ups

    I do 3-4 HEAVY sets (4-8 reps) of 1 of the 5 exercises I listed. Itll round out your pecs.

      Try incline db bench after flat db bench, and incline flyes after that. Try to use a bench that has a very slight incline, like the very first setting. This was Lee Haney's method, and it works well for me. If you're feeling energetic after that, finish up with cable crossover flyes. You pecs will fill in all over, guaranteed.
