Is there anyway I can accurately measure my punching power

I dont even need a an accurate measure of power I just need something I can get a number on so I can then see if Im improving punching power with a bigger number or not.

Problem is it will have to measure power not just speed.

Is it realistic to expect to be able to get something that can do that? (arcade machines work on speed only I believe)
