I had a motorbike accident and put on weight.

So a couple of years ago i got into a motorbike accident the consequences of this was having to stop trying too lose weight and stop boxing and other sports. All together i used to do cardio boxing at my local gym and progression in weight loss was fast but my accident caused me to damage my knees and chip a bone in my left wrist they are healed now but i cannot kneel down or even crouch with out pain i can move ok while standing like running and such. But like i said i have put on over 2st making me 17st8lb and 6"1. So now i am having the problem of barely any stamina and lower back ach when i throw punches. I am also having trouble finding a gym that does basic cardio boxing in coventry. I have recently been hitting the gym but just running on the treadmill trying to find some form of fitness but at the same time i have a decent size belly on me wich is also a contributing factor to my back ach with the repetitive motion i struggle to run 5km on the treadmill and even less on the road and also when i get off the treadmill i am really light headed is their some sort of specialized training i can do to get back in the swing of things or should i just give up!

Get naked, look at your self in the mirror. You decide which way to go.

    Peace brother.

Its not just about exercise..it's about diet. With your condition and excess weight...you should be doing low impact exercises. But you should also be watching what you eat.

Name what all you had to eat yesterday.

Also.... there are "cardiobox" programs on Netflix and amazon. Don't let that hold you back.
