It usually takes few months before any real results. Your body has some innate memory, just like you don't lose your muscles immediately when you don't workout for a week or two you won't lose your fat in that time either.

Wait 3 months before expecting any real results. After that you should be losing fat quickly.

It was like this with me when I had to lose some fat. 3 months only few kilos and then in the next 3 months a "revolution" with losing A LOT of fat and transorming it into muscle.

My friend had the same experience. Started losing weight in may, hardly any changes by july but by october he was ripped and in november/december he had a sixpack. Went from 90 kilos fat to 75-80 shredded.

If you want quick results, Could always do a fast. Veggie and fruit juice fast. I did one a while back for 11 days and lost 20 lbs. It's sort of a high willpower option though. It means literally NO eating of any kind..just drink nutrient rich juice that you juice yourself. The 2-3 day mark is the worst... the body tries everything to get you off your fast before it finally switches off luxury sustenance mode into survival mode. My accelerated weight loss was also due to working out while on the fast. Even experimented with thermogenics in that time, dont suggest. Juice plenty of spinach in your juices to get protein..or just go to a juice bar and get one with a protein powder added. Coconut water for electrolytes to avoid muscle aches.

One of the most challenging parts is not to binge after the fast. Many people do that and it defeats the purpose. The fast just Kickstarts you into a healthier lifestyle then you watch what you eat from then out.

          Here math:

If you go everyday -500 calories you will need 15 days to get rid of 1kg fat.

          1kg/2,2lbs Fat has 7500 calorie.

I wouldnŽt recommend you to go -1000 cause its more or less unhealthy and not doable over a long term.

And also 10% body fat is not the most sustainable but possible
about 12-14 would be sustainable and still low in body fat.

Anyway with -1000 calorie and 10% body fat as goal youŽll have to lose 10kg/22lbs of fat.

          10*7500=75000 calorie

          75000/1000=75 days
= 2 months and 15 days full of really low calorie

With -500 you would need 5 months but it would be easier for you and more sustainable.

that sounds mad hard and ineffective, fruit juice is full of sugar, veggies are good but u need protein good fats etc

Im just eating healthy and 1000 calorie deficit , eating high saeity foods predominantly as the core of my diet

My fast food addiction has already died i dont even want kfc or pizza now, and my sugar addiction is solved, so im full steam ahead

That is true and also wrong.

I think he meant fruits blended and not fruit juiced anyway if he means juice this now is wrong.

The only difference from fruit sugar and pure sugar is that fruit contains fiber.

Which hinders to get a huge blood sugar spike, which you would get with sugar only.

But juiced fruits doesnŽt contain any fiber, therefore it has the same effect as pure sugar.
              Still got vitamins etc though.

Hard..maybe...innefective? No. 20 lbs. 11 days. Results speak for themselves. And it IS sustainable and that's where willpower comes in..that and to even do the fast in the first place!

Its difficult i guess but lots of things test the will in life, you shouldnt shy away from mastery over yourself! Easier than getting hit in the face I'd say..

Are you a fighter or not? Every obstacle is just another foe to be overcome!
