  • Yeah summer time is here - and I have just cut down my fat percentage by 1 over the last week

    • I think I'm going to give this a try. Currently I am one week in on an Upper/Lower split routin. Previously I was doing Stronglifts 5x5 for 2 weeks.

      Upper: 3x10,8,6
      Bench Press
      Incline Dumbbell Bench
      Delt raises
      Dumbbell Triceps Extension
      Triceps Kickbacks
      Bent over rows
      Bent over dumbbell pull
      Preacher Curls
      Alternate curls
      Shrugs

      Lower:
      Front Squat 3x10,8,6
      Leg Extension 3x15,12,10
      Leg Curl 3x15,12,10
      Deadlift 3x5 @ 85% of 1rm
      Calf Raises (however much I feel like doing)

      Starting date was August 15. End date September 26.

        • Please be careful with the green tea extract. Multiple studies have shown this to be toxic to the liver. To the point of causing death. So please just be careful. Best of luck to you. I will be joining this contest.

              Four week: 239lbs
              Six week: 220lbs

              Goal: 210lbs @ Ten weeks

                    • Joining this. Lost 10 kgs between July and December 2018. Currently 107.5 kgs and looking to reach 90 kgs by end of April. Training routine consists of:

                      Monday: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer
                      Tues: Morning Run
                      Wed: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer (AM) / Strengthening Legs (PM)
                      Thurs: Rest
                      Friday: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer
                      Saturday: Sparring w/ trainer
                      Sunday: Rest
