you seem to drop your right hand whenever you throw the cross

      Rule of thumb:
-Bring the lead hand directly out in front of you lips about 10 inches
-Rear hand out about 4 inches in front of the lips

      The Jab:
-Flip the shoulder a little more, protect the chin
-Aim higher, as if you're aiming at their forehead

      The Cross:
-Keep the lead hand against your head, cover your temple
-Turn the hip a little more, your shoulders are too far ahead of them
-Also sit down the punch slightly, it'll lower your center of gravity making the -punch harder

You're doing a good job of keeping your pivots in place. Also doing well at keeping the punches straight, something a lot of people have trouble with in the beginning. The pace is fine, get comfortable with the movements. I understand you're still in that feeling out process. But once the comfort is there, start speeding it up, especially returning those hands back quickly.

Seems like a gust of wind could knock you over while you are in a pivot. You have a tendency not to bend your front knee enough and bend your back knee too much.. what results is a unbalanced looking affair, especially at the end of a pivot. Remember even in your pivots, you need to remain in balance and keep that root intact. I like that you are trying to use your hips to power your punches but they are acting independently instead of in cohesion. You gotta focus upon synchronization and efficiency of movement. Here's a mental exercise... imagine someone is pushing you from the side as you are performing your pivot...would you fall over? If the answer is yes you need to bend your knees and stand at LEAST shoulder width apart.. also you are not extending enough with the jab. You need to really reach with that jab..that activates the push and pull of the 1-2.
