I just wanted you all to know that I ran intervals this morning and it felt real good! 12x400m @ 1:20 pace 
Anyone else use intervals in their training? I do pyramids sometimes (100, 200, 400, 800, 1000 and back down) and 3x1600 as well but 12x400 is my go-to
I don't tend to use the sprints so much, we get high intensity stuff at the gym anyway
