  • Opening my airways.

For the past 2 years, I've seemed to have a blocked nose and a "cloggy" throat and chest, if you know what I mean. It feels like I have been smoking, but I've never touched a cigarette in my life.

My trainer said I should steam my face and breathe in and out. That gives some relief for about 30 minutes.

Does anyone know a few tricks that could help with this before I go and see a doctor?

      Look up herbal vaso dialators.

Do your ears fill with moisture?

Try pseudo fed and have a coffee!

It can mean you have an allergy to something in the air. Pollen, pollution, etc. air borne allegens cause respitory problems.

Have you ever had an ear infection?
