    What to Drink Before?

I work a desk job from 9-5. The gym is 5 minutes away from work. At the end of my work day, I'm just too tired to go. My back aches, and I just don't have the energy to go. What can I drink that will pump me up and motivate me to go?

I'm not really looking for anything fancy or expensive. I can't lift weights, I have a messed up back so the only thing I can really do is use the treadmill, elliptical, bike and weight machines.

    Tx

What I normally drink is, during the day I try to drink a lot of water and 1 hour before I go to the gym I drink a cup of coffee to hopefully get some of my energy levels back up.

Obviously there will be some days were you want to go home, but once you're at the gym and start to stretch you'll start to feel hungry for training

Try & order some "m-150" on the net or "Carabao Daeng"
They're concentrated non carbornated red bull, about 100ml so won't swish about in your belly.
You might get them in Asian food stores

I prefer pills... thermogenic... and d-aspartic acid.

Cellucor p6 black is great.. and I take oxyelite pro every blue moon for a quick pick me up

              Water only.
If your company has stairs, use those every chance you get. Do squats without weights, letting your but touch your chair then going up slowly. Get it done early, so when you leave the office you put in your work. Park far from the front of your office. The things I am telling you take little time, but great benefits.

              Good luck bruh
