Hello,
I have a pretty modest Everlast Heavy bag that is time to be replaced. Practicing my left hook to the body on the bottom of the bag is like punching a neutron star and the top of it is a paper bag. Poor Quality.
I'm starting to get good enough now to invest in better equipment.
So I've been thinking of a water bag and I wanted to ask some people with a little more experience if they preferred the pure water bag without the foam lining or the foam lined ones? I'm leaning more towards the foam lining (Title Liquishock) but both are the same price. If anyone has used a water bag that they have had a really good experience with please let me know.
