Learn how to dance, before you learn how to punch.

Dancing teaches you balance, and hoe to position yourself in relation to your partner.

Boxing is a dance, with punches thrown in.

Learn how to dance.... If you can't throw hard, in general you won't punch hard.

    Good Luck

    Best Regards,

You're young enough to be pretty good before you're a man. You're still at a good age to learn. You start training yourself then you'll pick up bad habits that are harder to correct. Get to a gym & then practice what you're learning at home.

This is why you need to be at a boxing gym if you're serious about becoming a boxer. However if you do have to wait for a few years just focus on the training and technique aspects.

                Excellent advice.

When it comes to strength training and conditioning, I think it's very easy to train the entire body at home - you just need some imagination. If bodyweight exercises and dumbbells get too easy, then weighted vests are an excellent choice to make the exercise harder.

This is a good workout with very little equipment

Cool man. Don't worry about what your parents think. Go after your dreams. Pushups, shadow boxing (If you can get a real punching bag, that would be killer), and start doing some MMA exercises like Burpees, etc. Plus lower back exercises and reverse crunches (Best way to get ripped and get stronger core). All the best!
