2 days passed from the last sparring. Got my as$ kicked by 163 and more experienced pal , uups , punched i mean. I dropped to 126 , i got used to this weight but still his weight and height advantage to the other side, his experience knocked me out. But it was a good experience for me.

168-175 6 years ago when I was active. My sparring partner was a 240lb heavyweight. Hardest I've ever been hit lol I'm 200 now getting back into it and will probably be a big guy again

Im old and out of shape but i spar with my younger cousins twice a week. I fought super heavy weight as an amateur so i spar with everybody. The older i get the more i use my jab and less unnecessary movement. I did 5 rds tonite. My style is alot different too. When i was competing i was a straight ahead aggressive fighter. I probably wouldnt last a round using that style now. I just do it for fun and to stay in shape.
