its like once my legs start powering into my punch I can no longer rotate becaus ethe leg is driving in the direction of the punch
is that hows its done and u shouldt try to keep rotating
normally for the straight right cross my rear foot would point in towards my left foot if i just punch from the hips
but if I try to use my leg for the cross my toe gets to the point where its facing directly forward and my leg muscles take over and the rotation stops replaced by linear leg force
