People seem to be prioritizing explosiveness size and strength over endurance and work rate. When if you have ever fought for real, you will know endurance is usually far more important than strength or even power.
Also power is largely from technique and genetics and weight training etc will only enhance it to a relatively small degree. On top of that when both endurance training and power/strength training are combined the body mostly adapts to the endurance training not the explosiveness/strength training.
Yet people still weight train, they skip long distance running for interval sprints/running, and so on, this seems to be the new fad.
What do you think is the smartest way to train.
