  • How Do You Split Up Your Workout?

I've 'dabbled' in boxing a few times in the past but I've never really given it the proper dedication. That's going to change over the next 16+ months I'm looking to get very serious about it.

My question is how do you put together a plan that has enough weights, sprinting, and boxing to transform your body if you have a demanding schedule (like a 9-5 for example)?

      I train:
Monday evenings: weightlifting in the gym
Wednesday evenings: Crossfit (get my cardio here)
Friday morning every 2. week: weightlifting in the gym
      Saturday: weightlifting in the gym
      Sunday: weightlifting in the gym

4-5 times a week depending on whether we have plans for the weekend or work Friday. (I only work 30 hours a week though, but have a family with 2 small kids and my husband). I don't train for boxing

I means that I rarely watch TV, so I don't know what's going on when anyone asks me about the news or a TV-show
