    your post-training liquid recipee

I've heard that nutrients are better absorbed when in liquid form after training (shakes and the likes), they are also more convenient than solid food. I'd like to know if any of you guys chooses to recoup via liquified means or mainly solid food.

If you do go with liquid then i'd like to learn some new recipees

I swear by Syntha6. Throw in some milk, peanut butter and chopped bananas if you're feeling adventurous. I also like PureProtein bars.

In blender I mix 1 cup of water or chocolate mike with banana, Greek yogurt, and 1 scoop of protein powder.
