  • Overdeveloped Glutes(ASSSS)

    My glutes , actually , my entire leg muscles got bigger since i started to swim and run regularly. And now , i have the legs and ass that most women not have. I've never trained for hypertrophy for any of my muscles. Also i know it's genetics but i want them to shrinkk.

    My bf : %10-11 (max). I got google maps like veins in my arms even in my legs and calves. So i had to breakdown the leg muscle somehow.

        Lol, same happened to me when I started running hills. Might be embarrassing at first but the ladies love it

          Although hip extension as in Squats do develop the Glutes obviously, it's actually hip hyper-extension as in running, particularly hills and sprints, that involve the glutes most strongly as per tests.

          swimming can also achieve this by maintaining the spine and hamstring in a constantly arched position whilst stroking also.

          They can only be of benefit really in terms of sport performance and for women lol

              Btw , i don't perform/perfomed any squats. I hope there is a way to lose muscle of specific area.

                Pics or it didn't happen. (I kid, I kid)

                As you mentioned yourself, it's genetic. You can try to work your exercises differently to put emphasis on other groups (quads, lower back, etc) but glutes aren't an area that's easy to isolate or exclude.
                Also, make sure you aren't underestimating your body fat.

                  So you say grow another areas for illusion , worths trying Also , i'm not , to be sure i squzeed my butt skin and it wasn't thick (no kidding ,i really did ). So my best will be give give a illusion to my body.

                    I never seen anyone get a huge ass from swimming and running, it's probably just in your head, especially if your not doing actual leg workouts.
