My glutes , actually , my entire leg muscles got bigger since i started to swim and run regularly. And now , i have the legs and ass that most women not have. I've never trained for hypertrophy for any of my muscles. Also i know it's genetics but i want them to shrinkk.
My bf : %10-11 (max). I got google maps like veins in my arms even in my legs and calves. So i had to breakdown the leg muscle somehow.
