After seeing a recent thread asking about walk around weights I'm curious as to what you guys' walk around weights are and what you fight at. If so how do you cut and regain some of that weight? Just curious

My optimum fighting weight is probably 168 actually as right now I am 182 with 13% BF (approximately 10kg) so dehydrated i'd probably get down to 168 and then rehydrate into the mid 170s.
