After seeing a recent thread asking about walk around weights I'm curious as to what you guys' walk around weights are and what you fight at. If so how do you cut and regain some of that weight? Just curious
What are all of your walking around weights?

I fall into that category as well and i'm 6ft2. At the moment I am 182 as I am cutting slowly, but I was 190 in March or so. I can go anywhere from MAYBE 160 (at a stretch) to 200 probably though because a good deal of my mass is in my legs so if I was to go on a concentrated bulk and really try and add a lot of mass to my upper body, I would be hovering at 200+.
My optimum fighting weight is probably 168 actually as right now I am 182 with 13% BF (approximately 10kg) so dehydrated i'd probably get down to 168 and then rehydrate into the mid 170s.Comment
