thanks dude I've only been training again 3 weeks after a loonng layoff.

Good stuff.

Couple of pointers:

- Use your hips a little more when punching.
- Use your front foot when jabbing to get more power and range.
- Don't throw the uppercut that close to your face and make sure it goes high enough so that it would hit an opponent's head in the ring.
