It depends on what body type you have ,if you are short stocky ,the power
is going to come mainly from hooks which is most bicep ,chest, lats and front shoulders ,taller punchers are more straight punchers the power comes from mostly triceps ,delts and back ,legs and style depends on how you punch ,legs are important as the lower back which is a part many dont train ,it helps greatly with digging in punches and general balance ,you have to think all the body is one punch not just one muscle at a time/arm punches...what form you use dictates everything ,only you wi'll know that .Everything was basically covered here with the training aspect, do wrist,and Forearm excersises thats where the power stems ,while your legs will serve as the anchor... how much force you can generate all depends what muscles you are able to make stronger and adapt to punching.
