Punching with the 2 smallest knuckles and a vertical fist?

Ok we all know the 2 smallest knuckles are the weakest knuckles, however if you spread the force over all both of them and the middle one they all become strong enough to support the power.

So why would I want to do that? Because of the power line jack dempsey talked about, ie theres a better transmission of power through the smaller weaker knuckles that the 2 bigger ones.

Bruce used to turn his wrist up at impact to add snap and drive through the smaller knuckles.

Good idea or bad in your opinion?

I noticed foreman, louis, and liston as well as dempsey would jab with a near vertical fist.

Depends on what type of jab you want to throw. Don't overthink throwing a jab, I just paw with it whereas someone like GGG and Matthysse stick in your face like its a straight right.
