I can throw 1 punch with leg drive fine no problem, but when I try to throw a combo of say 3 power punches all with leg drive, I cant bend my knees/legs fast enough to keep up with the speed of the hip rotation.
So lets say I throw a cross I bend my leg and get leg drive, then I follow with a hook, and I cant bend the leg into position fast enough to get leg drive for the hook.
The best I can do is keep both legs bent at all times and make no adjustment in the bend of my leg, but this gets sub optimal leg drive, ie only a little leg drive.
