Every1 trains for free at my gym,no1 can afford classes,and my trainer does it for free to keep kids off the streets. We dont have "classes" tho. Thats only what white trainers do,lol. We jus go,and after ur there for a while,the trainer talkes to u and teaches u a bit here and there. Then once ur in his stable hes always workin w/ you.
