Advice on hanging heavy bag.

Hi Folks,

Looking for advice on hanging a 100lb heavy bag through a finished ceiling (drywall) in my garage. I have been looking on title,ringside and everlast websites at their ceiling mounts and am wondering if anyone has purchased or has experience with any hangars that have worked well. Thanks.

You are bolting it onto a beam though right? Because drywall's not going to hold it just saying...

I have a tire heavy bag hanging outside and I used an Everlast mounting bracket. Only thing I've ever bought from Everlast and it's holding up.

Thanks, and yes, I will be bolting into a wooden joist.
