I am watching some youtube boxing tutorials on skipping rope and i saw a few which say that you can progress to skipping rope on one leg for 5 minutes.

And i am not saying with jumping couple of times between rope rotations but one rope rotation=one jump and fast rhythm.

I tried it yesterday and i lasted 1:30 min on right leg and like 1:40 on left leg.

Do you think its physicly possible for me to progress to 5 minutes.

I just wanna hear your experience on how much did you progress on hard skipping rope like double unders and single leg hops.
