    Does anyone have any good recipes for a healthy smoothe to drink before and/or after training. Like to individual reciepes would be accreciated but please don't just link to a site full of reciepse without be specific. Thanks anyway.

    I blend whey protein,glutamin powder and some creatine,with almonds,sunflower,pumkin seeds and 2 bannans mixed with water straight after training. Always goes down well.
