What are the pros and cons? From what I foresee there will be a huge calorie defecit with the amount of cardio that I do but the herbalife experts swear by it and train pretty dang hard as well. What are your thoughts?

It's OK but I see it as weight loss crap.
It's basically meal replacement if you wanna lose mass.
Just drink it in between meals to feed yourself.

Never, ever, EVER buy, sell or recommended an MLM product such as Herbalife.
At best you are paying too much money for a useful product or ingredients that could be purchased far more cheaply elsewhere, but almost always--as in the case of Herbalife--you are spending money on valueless garbage.
