      I have the powerball and it kinda helps but like said before more with the hand muscles and finger strength.

      What I really like is simple kettlebell swings....start with 16kg and you can easily advance to 32kg....

      I imagine rope climbing is great as well but kettlebell you can do anywhere...

        I have really weak wrists and always have. ive always done wrist curls and extensions but still got some problems. for about a month now ive been doing rice grabs and they have helped tremendously. full a buckeg full of rice, grab a handful and grip as hard as you can, then release. repeat fast. search on youtube bcuz im not good at describing lol. jerking off for wrost strength is BS.aybe thatswhyy wrists are weak...

            roll a towel up and squeeze it hard for as long as you can. repeat

              Stick/rope/weight rool ups! Use a keyboard ball while running/driving, TV etc.
              Push ups using different finger placements ex; spread, tips, knuckles etc.
              Chin ups forward/reverse different widths (shoulders)
              Ofcourse heavy bag workouts! Opening & closing your fists,rolling your wrists (with & without weights) never use heavy weights!!! Ray
