    How many different glvoes you guys train with???

    right now i have two gloves..10oz bag gloves..16 trainging gloves..


    anyone thinks its okay to change up to jsut using 16oz gloves??

    i jsut got some reyes 16oz and i love the way they feel...

    so im tryign to decide wether to jut scrap the other two glvoes and stick to my reyes..or use my reyes and my other bag glvoe...

    how many of you train wiht jsut 16oz gloves??? and nothign else?? is it better?

    I have over 10 pairs of gloves. 3 pairs of pro fight gloves=brothers boxing.2 evrlast,black and red, and a bucnh others. i use to trian with only 16 oz. i would say use whatever feels better.

      I'd stay away from the 10 oz. bag gloves. You're talking about using those on a heavy bag right? I like 16's personally.

        use 16's for training, you get a better workout with them, and it'll only be easier to keep your hands up when you're fighting with 10, 12 ounce gloves. and you have a lesser chance of breakin your hand.

          I usually train with 16's because of the weight, but when i really wanna get a crazy workout in i train with some 24 ounce gloves we have in the gym, makes it easier to keep your hands up afterwards.

            i use 16oz ith resistant bands as u see in my bag video. u need alot of stamina for them though. i have never put on gloves under 12oz. i had 12oz for a short period of time but i had to upgrade to 16oz.its will be a surprise 1 day to see how fast my hands really r
