Should I buy 14 oz gloves or 16 oz?

    Should I buy 14 oz gloves or 16 oz?

    I'm 18, super bantamweight. Will I be okay using 14oz for heavy bag, pads and sparring? Cheers in advance.

      I use 12oz training gloves for bag and pads, but 14oz for sparring.

          Preferably you want to have a pair exclusively for sparring and another pair for training (bags, mitts, ect.).

              Yeah I usually use the gloves at the gym but lets just say they're not the most appealing...
