Ok what you need to do is simple. First go to the dentist! please. Tell him about your situation. He'll try to confuse you with his big dentist words but you straight out tell him to remove all your teeth but your last two molars (you still gotta chew food for metabolism you know). Save your teeth you'll need them later . While you rest from the teeth removal, schedule an appointment with a plastic surgeon. Once you're ready to transform into your final form. Ask your plastic surgeon, wait don't ask, demand your surgeon to grind up your teeth and mix it with something (the doc will know what to use I'm no doctor) to create a sort of plaster to thicken and STRENGTHEN your jaw. This way you'll never hurt your teeth ever again.

Dentist first, then a "form fitted" mouth piece!

Be thankful that you didn't hurt them during boxing?

                  . . . . I'm holding out that this one's got a punchline.
