Getting back into it after being sick

Hey everyone, any ideas on a good schedule for getting back into my workouts after 2 weeks of being sick with that flu that was going around? Got my body back, but coughing tons still from it. Usually I do some roadwork, then jumprope, then weights, drills and bag work.

Just go train how you would normally and make sure to drink plenty of fluids. Stop before total exhaustion, rinse and repeat.

As well as consuming plenty of fluid it'd be a good idea to top up on your electrolytes as well. I use coconut water myself.

If your feeling under par cardio wise, take the pace down and do some Zone 2 training until you're back up to speed. It could barely be easier but it'll improve your endurance if you decide to add it into your routine permanently.
