You guys are all boxing fans but can YOU throw a boxing punch?

A power punch, a cross or a hook for example, do you use your hips and do you get weight transfer from foot to foot?

Just curious as to how many people just watch compared with who watches and practices it to some extent.

No judgement here either way btw, it doesn't matter 1 bit if you punch like a girl, im not against girls who cant fight back.

I'm guessing (based on the usual analysis) that most of the guys on here can NOT throw a punch or box to save their life. I love when people spout strategy and critiques of prize fighters. Most are so off the mark

Power comes off of lead foot for left punches, back foot for right punches (orthodox). Turn left hip & shoulder into left hook. Turn right hip & shoulder into right cross. Control follow-through for effectiveness without over-committing.

I never boxed in my whole life. I just guess at this ****. The only thing that I ever learned to throw in boxing was to throw **** in e-boxing forums......... Rockin'
