Sometimes when I use my hips I produce a fast and strong punch but there is no weight transfer from foot to foot, even just punching the air.
But when I do it "right" there is a strong weight transfer, and the punch is much more powerful.
What am I doing wrong when I use the hips but DONT get weight transfer from foot to foot? How is that even possible?
