    please don't tell me the dangers of doing it and not to do it

    just tell me how to do it

    is he bending with the waist or with the hips?

    how come he still can get power on the cross while bending this much?

        hes countering the other mans right with his own.

        in stance, rotate your backfoot to begin transferring the weight. from your foot up to your legs to your hips to your torso to your shoulders.. while transferring the weight to the front leg you should be bending your knees to get full leverage on the right hand. since hes countering the right he (cant see how much he does it) slides his lead foot out to the left slightly so when he does transfer the weight from rear leg to lead leg when he dips down he is out of range at the same time of throwing.

        also what Fedor doesnt do is immediately come back to a defensive posture plus his left hand is low the entire time he throws.
