    Running long distances isn't just for stamina and endurance, it's also a great calorie burner and is useful in making weight

      When fighting i would run about 3-5 times per week depending on how i felt.

      3-6km at a brisk pace, or interval stair runs (4x3 min rounds or something)

      on saturdays we would do intense sprints, like 5x800m or like a few 100s, some 200s, 400s one 800, then back down all the way to 100s. that **** had me crazy fit.
