Just count your calories, take vitamins, and get enough protein. One pound of fat equals 750 calories. You want to lose one pound, you have to cut that many calories out of your diet. Obviously it takes time to lose very much weight. Plan to feel hungry for quite a while.
Actually one pound of fat is 3500 calories. Watch what you eat, make sure you burn more calories than you take in. Natural foods are much better than processed crap. It's best to have five or six smaller meals spaced throughout the day to keep your metabolism revved up.

Fresh juice make it ya self (apples, carrots, celary, cucumber and kale)
20 mins later protein drink whey
breakfast:
porraige and a bannana with seeds pumpkins sunflower (slow and fast releasing carbs)
morning snack:
fresh fruit and nuts almonds/ walnuts brazil nuts would be fine
Dinner:
Chicken/salmon rice or pasta go for vegatbale pasta x 3 veg or a rice salad with chicken
fruit after
afternoon snack:fruit nuts or if needing something more substantal try cottage cheese sandwitches on whole meal bread and salad
tea after training:
Go easy on the carbs here as u dont wanna put on weight try a protein shake straight after the gym within 30 mins after training
chicken/steak/fish<-------pick one have it with cottage cheese will give u a mixture of fast and slower proteins eat with loads of veg x3 sweetcorn spinach mushrooms aparagus broccholi sweet potato etc
have a multi vit and fish oil suppliment also msn glucosamine and crondrotin as we hammer our joints taken halfway through break dinner and tea and drink plenty of water, soya milk would be better then cows milk.
Eat lean meat, eat your vegetables, drink a lot of water, I think its 3 liters a day? Take your multivitamins as you are going to be deprived of some vitamins since you are cutting.
Green tea with fish oil tablet, I heard, was a very affect fat burner assistant.

2 bannanas,oatmeal bar,a cup of orange juice
sometimes i eat special k serial it has no calories from fat!
lunch:
chiken pita with all types of vegtables inside the pita such as tomatos,lettuce,brocli etc
snacks:
those little special k bars,anything low caloried
dinner:
either chicken brest or a bowl of fat free shrimp or a bowl full of steak
and a gallon of water a day!you may add things to this but make sure there healthy and low in fat and calories
